A strong body is vital for a healthy life. One of those facts of life you cannot ignore. Wellness is a crucial part of our day-to-day activities. When we first wake up and as we go about our day. How well we are impact how much we can get accomplished in a day.
But, what happens when we have aches, pains in our joints and bones? What do we do then? Do we simply give up, throw in the towel and live with the aches and pains? Or do we go out and find a better way to take care of our body?
We should all strive for wellness or overall vitality… Parts modeling or not... Especially as we move more and more into the routine of day-to-day life or up in age.
Sometimes our health and well-being take a backseat to all the other activities and things that are piling up on our plate daily. A healthy wellness regimen is critical to keep from losing flexibility, balance and overall vitality.
This is the writing on the wall….As I add another birthday to the calendar… A critical realization as you try to stand on foot (without toppling over). To be at your very best and master the art of your craft. First, you must master and take charge of your mental, physical, and emotional state of being.
A major part of my daily routine is organic and naturally grown products. I use them to keep well and energized throughout the day. But, in order to improve in other areas, such as flexibility and balance… As I have discovered, you need exercise!…. “Eating green” alone won’t cut it. So, I guess it is time to face my arch nemesis….
